Fiber Optic Patch Cable

Fiberlink offers a full range of SM or MM Fiber Optic Patch Cable Assemblies.

  • The 12 colors SC/APC SM Multi-fiber pigtails are used to link the fiber optic cable with fiber optic equipment, the fiber optic pigtail with connector side is used to link the equipment, while the other side of the pigtail is melted together with the fiber cable, by melting together the fiber glasses, and it can reach a minimum insertion loss. Common types of fiber optic pigtails are usually with 0.9mm fiber cable diameter, and usually installed inside ODF unit.
  • The Multi-fiber Pre-terminated Breakout Cable Assemblies are a convenient and economical alternative to running multiple fiber optic jumpers or individual fiber optic cables. It can have from 4 to 144 fibers per trunk and distribute multiple Data channels. Fiberlink offers kinds of factory pre-terminated trunk fiber optic patch cables with custom connector configurations, breakouts, labels, and jacket material types.
  • Fiber Optic Patch Cable also named as fiber optic jumper, are made from single or multi-fiber cables and pre-terminated at each end with fiber optic connectors. Fiber optic pigtails are assembled connector on one end. Fiber optic connectors on the end of fiber patch cord cables can be of various types, including FC, SC, ST, LC, MU, E2000, MTRJ, MPO, SMA, FDDI, DIN, and D4. The purpose of a Optical fiber jumper is to connect one or more devices or equipment in a fiber optic network. There are two major application areas of fiber optic patch cables which are network station to outlet and fiber optic patch panels or optical cross connect distribution center.
  • LED Traceable Fiber patch cord provides a fast and accurate method of identifying the endpoint of optical patch cords. Each end of the Tracer fiber patch cord features a flashing light allowing technicians to visually trace individual patch cords from one end to another without pulling or affecting the patch cord. We can provide special power sources which are easily attached to the Traceable fiber patch cord. This causes the LED on each end to keep flashing 30s and stay in lit. Simple LED tool to apply power to one end of jumper to easily identify the far end of a jumper in connected area. Traceable Fiber Optic Patch Cable must be working with the power driving to identify the exact cable.
  • Simplex SC/APC Fiber Optic Patch cord with G.657.B3 fiber are a suitable solution for FTTh end connection of ONT units, or in high-density switchboards where there is a risk of critical bending. The G.657.B3 fiber is resistant to 0.5 cm macro-bends, and thus ensures full transmission of the light signal even under difficult conditions of mechanical deformation.
  • FTTH Drop cable patch cord provides for quick subscriber connections. The drop cable assemblies are precision manufactured to rigorous quality standards, assure reliable performance and compatibility. The SC FTTH drop cable patch cord, apply to FTTH project corridor boxes, drop cable distribution boxes, FTTH fiber boxes and other forms of installation.
