Fiber Optic Cable

Fiberlink offers a full range of Indoor or Outdoor Fiber Optic Cable from 1 cores to 288 cores.

  • The Standard Air Blown Micro Fiber Cables are ultra lightweight with and small diameter and designed for metro feeder or access network to be blown into a micro duct by air-blown installation. As the cable allows the deployment of currently required fiber count, the micro cable provides a lower initial investment and the flexibility to install and upgrade to the latest fiber technologies after the initial installation.
  • The All Dielectric Self-supporting (ADSS) Optical Fiber Cable is loose tube stranded Fiber cable, which is positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastics. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After the cable core is filled with filling compound. it is covered with thin PE (polyethylene) inner sheath. After stranded layer of aramid yarns are applied over the inner sheath as strength member, the cable is completed with PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
  • Figure 8 Aerial Self-Supporting Non-amored Fiber Optic Cable (GYTC8Y), the loose tube are made of high modulus plastic (PBT), which are filled with water resistant gel. Loose Tube are stranded around the non-metallic strengthen member (FRP). Outer sheath is made of UV Resistance PE jacket. Figure 8 self-supporting structure provide high tensile strength and enables easy and Cost saving aerial installations. The Steel strand wire self-supporting member gives high tensile resistant.
  • GYXTC8Y Central Loose Tube Figure 8 Aerial Cable is suitable for installation in aerial environment for long haul communications. High tensile strength of stranded wires meet the requirement of self-supporting. It can also be used for duct and buried method.
  • Mini Micro Air Blown Uni-tube Cable 1-12 fiber is the uni-tube design with small size used to be blown into a micro duct. Optical fibres are housed in a loose tube that is made of high-modulus plastic and filled with tube filling compound. Aramid yarns are placed outside the loose tube as the strength member, then a sheath with grooves is extruded. This type of cable is particularly applicable to air-blowing constructions in access networks.
  • The Mini Self-supporting Flat Drop Cable offers a compact, durable, self-supporting fiber cable in an easily accessible construction. The mini flat drop cable is of a polyethylene jacket, one Single-tube and two dielectric strength members to give high crush resistance. The single-tube design can be consists of 1 to 12 colored bare fiber and strands of water swellable yarns. Self-supporting Flat Drop Cable offers an ideal solution for the smaller fiber counts that are needed in the final sections of FTTx network.
  • Mini Uni-Tube Air Blown Micro Cable is the uni-tube design with small size used to be blown into a micro duct. It is designed for metro feeder or access network. The outer thermoplastic layer provides a high level of protection and excellent installation properties.
  • OM3 Plenum Armored Spiral Steel Distribution Cable, is put 900um or 600um tight buffer fibers wrapped a layer of Spiral Stainless steel tube and add a layer of water-blocking Kevlar yarns as strength unit, finally into fiber optic cable with PVC or LSZH sheath. The fiber core is protected by a Spiral steel tube that offers easy installation and high crush resistance. The plenum armored steel fiber optic cable allow direct buried or aerial installation for indoor or outdoor environmental conditions.
  • The GYTA53 optical fiber cable is the steel tape armored outdoor fiber optic cable used for direct buried The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. Double sheath structure provide the cable nice properties of moisture resistance and crush resistance. Double armor structure provides cable good property of rodent-resistance. A layer of water-blocking material is applied around the cable core to prevent water ingress. It can be used for duct and direct buried application.
  • Outdoor Figure 8 Flat Drop cable is a cable designed specifically for FTTH project. It adopts double reinforcement figure 8 structure, the optical fiber unit is positioned in the center, two parallel fiber reinforced steel wire are placed at two sides, then the cable is completed with a black or white color LSZH Sheath. This drop cable can directly drop into the building household from the fiber optic splice closure.
  • Universal Central Loose tube Fiber Optic Cable 2-24F is a universal fiber optic cable that can be used for internal and external connections. The single loose tube universal cable consist of 2 to 24cores 250µm optical fibers in a single gel filled loose tube. The universal optical cable are made of non-metallic strength members and black LSZH, UV resistant jacket with ripcord. Due to its small diameter and flexibility, the universal fiber optic cable is ideal for installation in cable trays. It can be installed in modern FTTH and FTTB systems, server rooms or connections between buildings.
  • Universal Flat Round Drop cable with loose tube is of a polyethylene jacket, one Single-tube and two dielectric strength members to give high crush resistance for indoor/outdoor FTTH networks. The single-tube design can be consists of 1 to 12 colored bare fiber and strands of Water blocking yarns. Self-supporting Flat Round Drop Cable offers an ideal solution for the smaller fiber counts that are needed in the final sections of FTTx network.
