Our VIP client of BCM Company has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in Gabon. Their main engineering project includes fiber optic cabling system, Datacenter connection solution and Integrated cabling installation for FTTX fiber optic solution. Since 2013, we have established business cooperation with BCM, our business have expanded from fiber patch cord, fiber adapters to fiber access terminal box, fiber splice enclosure, and OSP fiber optic cable.
In November of 2017, BCM requested us to offer an ADSS fiber optic cable for the FTTx fiber cabling system in 2018. And the ADSS fiber cable required should be 24 to 144 fibers with Single sheath of HDPE jacket, with a span distance of 120m. First we arranged our technical engineer to draw the ADSS cable structure diagram of 24-144 fibers for client confirmation, and our client satisfied with our fast drawing and price offer.
While BCM company also proposed a new requirement that the printing on the cable must be clear and can not be erased because the aerial ADSS cable is long-term exposure in an outdoor environment in hot and rainy. The cable printing provided by their current supplier can be easily erased, which is the reason why they source new fiber cable suppliers. We decided to buy a new plasma printing machine immediately, one week we finished the installation and manufactured 500meters of ADSS cable for testing, and the printing words on the cable can’t be erased anymore.
In addition, the delivery time given by the customer is only 6 weeks. In order to match the delivery date, we arranged a 24-hour two-shift production plan for speed production, and finally finished the loading of 3x40HQ containers for the shipment by the sea on time.
Through ADSS cable project cooperation, BCM company is very satisfied with our fiber cable printing improvement measures and on-time delivery, which has established a better foundation for our long-term cooperation.
